I’ve spent the past decade coaching individuals, teams and organisations. For the past four years, I’ve worked exclusively with startup founders and teams as Executive Director and Head Coach at Boost, one of Finland’s most active entrepreneurship communities. Before that, I co-founded a startup myself — so I understand the pressure from both sides of the table.
My coaching is grounded in an eclectic, evidence-based approach — combining depth, structure, and real-world practicality. I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. I have also certification as Advanced Solution-Focused Practitioner of Coaching in Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute Ltd. My first coaching certification was MCID Certification in Team Coaching & Specialist Qualification in Management in Team Academy Global.

More intensive support between sessions to sustain momentum.

3. Breakpoint
High-touch intervention when the situation is existential.
Intensive coaching and facilitation for founder and team to stabilise breakdowns, rebuild trust, and chart a survival path.
On-call availability for immediate response when decisions and interventions cannot wait.
Full access for mediation, conflict navigation, and personal resilience support.

For founders and teams in active breakdown — when trust is frayed, pressure is unsustainable, and stakes are high.
All packages include an option to continue with Maintainance package that helps you to monitor your progress and have quick monthly 30 min check-in calls and online tools for team health monitoring (€800/month).
